Some grout has a sealer additive already in the mix.
The contractor told me the shower is bullet proof however the grout looks wet and looks dirty.
So i decided to use another bathroom in the meantime.

The tiled floor has been laid for about 2 years and this problem has only just occurred in the last few weeks.
